Demi Riquísimo Teams Up with Clint for "Soft Landing" EP

Detroit-raised, London-based producer Demi Riquísimo has released his latest EP, Soft Landing, marking the 27th outing on his own imprint, Semi Delicious. The four-track record is a full collaboration with fellow producer Clint, and it's already streaming and available to listen here.

True to Demi Riquísimo's catalogue, the EP threads together a genre-blending approach of deep house, electro, acid, breaks, disco, and Italo influences. This has become something of a signature for the Semi Delicious label since its inception. Dance Floor Dispatch had the pleasure of attending one of his intimate shows in Los Angeles earlier this year.

A Steady Stream of Releases

This year alone has been a particularly active stretch for Demi Riquísimo. Soft Landing follows closely on the heels of No Given Time (SEMID025), a four-track EP released in December 2025 featuring collaborations with The Trip, Michelle Manetti, and Hammer. Before that, collaborative single "Don't Go Away" with The Trip arrived via the Tessalicious imprint, and the label also put out the Love State various-artists compilation alongside contributors like Swoose, Lulah Francs, Dukwa, and Anastasia Zems. Earlier still, 2024's Perilous Joy EP saw the producer step back from dancefloor-ready "club bangers" in favor of a more textured, set-tool approach. This was a five-track release that picked up support from tastemakers including Moxie, Erol Alkan, Shanti Celeste, and Chris Stussy.

From Vinyl-Only Beginnings to a Prolific Imprint

Demi Riquísimo's profile has been built steadily since his debut EP, A Lifetime On The Hips. The record sold out its vinyl-only pressing and earned him support from the likes of Optimo, Rex The Dog, Horse Meat Disco, Skream, Simian Mobile Disco, and Tensnake, along with a BBC Radio 1 premiere from Pete Tong. His 2019 follow-up, Mysterious EP, cemented that early momentum. He later went on to release the Dictionary of Fools EP on the boutique label 10Questions, known for tying each release's artwork to a questionnaire completed by the artist.

With Soft Landing, Demi Riquísimo and Clint extend that track record, picking up early backing from DJs and selectors including Job Jobse, Saoirse, Moxie, CC:Disco!, and Bradly Zero. Clips from the EP are available now via Semi Delicious' SoundCloud, with full streaming and download access live on Bandcamp.
